Picatinny Scope Rail MOA Question

I'm putting a picatinny scope rail on a Steyr .308 Win with a 26" barrel. The only two options are 0 MOA and 20 MOA.
I'm going to take this rifle regularly to 600 yards, maybe even 1000. Scope hasn't been chosen yet. Likely to be a Vortex.
Which MOA rail do you recommend?

I would say 20 MOA to be safe depending on the optic. But there wont be any issue with a 0 MOA either. Personally I would go 20 though.

20 MOA for sure. It will keep you looking closer through the scope’s center at the longer distances.
