If your a AAA member they are 1/2 price. The Post office should be able to do it now with the USPS handling allot of the Passport work today.. don't know the price..

I have a digital camera, got the wife to take the pic, and found a glue stick at work. I emailed it to the office since my printer is junk. I used plain paper with no issues.

I've submitted quite a few Form 1's and 4's. I've always took the pics myself with a digital camera and printed on photo paper at home. Never any problem. I usually print one on regular paper and cut to size to make sure everything is correct then print on the photo paper. Once, I apparently was in a hurry and used regular printer paper. I didn't notice until the form came back approved. So, do it yourself or go to Walgreens and save some trouble, if you have a Walgreens close that is.

when i worked at a processing/printing/photo studio place we did them for $10, and gave you 2 on white background.

you can do it on your computer for next to nothing. I have a MAC desktop and it let me do it. But ever since I made the Trust I dont have to worry with photos.
