tried to order a flash hider from CMP all morning for my M1D. after 100+ tries I got to check out and the quanity was 0. I guess it wasnt ment to be I been hunting one a a reasonable price for years

Sorry about your luck. The forged units are damned hard to come by and when they do surface, they command a pretty penny and usually don't last long.

Well isnt something I have to have, I have a complete D but I have the T37 type pronged flash hider on it. I been looking for a milled one but like you said they command a high price. Its one of those things I just cant make myself p.ay that for what it is...sorta like a M73b1 for my 03a4..I would rather have nice US optic scope for the same money. So it has a weaver 330on it. I passed up on a M73B1 at a gun show about 15 years ago. guy wanted 125.00 for it...but that was "too much" at that time....lol

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes the CMP website isn't completely in tune with actual inventory.

Hear ya. IIRC, the last time I tried to call I was given the option of leaving a message. I did and they called me back that afternoon or the next morning (called first thing when they opened). Good luck.

I'm assuming they released some flash hiders and parts yesterday? didnt know that but was aware they released M1 bayonets and was all over it, took me from yesterday morning until this morning at 845 to finally get their commadore 64 system to take my order, luckily the bayo's I ordered were still in stock and got the confirmation email. I bet I submitted my order no less than 100 times getting weird error messages. Appears their system cant handle more than 5 guys tryin to order things at once.
