I got it when I was nine, yes nine years old. My dad had it. Talk about the world opening up. Still, to this day, the funniest and by far lewdest shit you can find. It's pure, unadulterated Americana too. $18 on Amazon, totally worth it too. It was out of print for a long time.
Was just thinking about it, maybe I'll go dig it up and read it again.
