As for preference between the two, it depends on the purpose of the rifle. You can save yourself 1/2lb on the ACS over the UBR, so if you're looking for a carbine style rifle I'd select that one. Longer range shooting, don't mind the weight, or want to balance out a longer/thicker barrel, the UBR is the way to go.

DSG Arms is the largest dealer of Magpul. They have great sales from time to time too.
I think the UBR is the ticket if you need to balance out a front heavy carbine (ie supressed or long barrel). Otherwise the ACS is a great stock.

I just ordered a couple of PRS's stocks for varmint guns and putting together a couple M4s and decided to try the moe sets, never tried them, but we'll see. I have used the PRS stocks on several rifles and have one on a lr308 and a lr6.5 and really like them, they are very high quality parts. I have heard of some fakes out there on ebay and the like so beware. If the deal is too good to be true it prob is. Good luck and Good shootin

I like the ubr just adds a little weight to the rear of the rifle but works well, they are all over the net and vary in price. try coldhandarms.com

i have another rifle with the PRS stock. I took madpipe's suggestion about weight and went with the ACS.
got a PM from another SH member and got a great deal online, went with it and installed the new stock last night, so far its a great improvement from the original
