Planning a Tikka T3x 7Saum build need advice

I'm planning on doing a t3x custom build but before i pull the trigger would like to get some feedback and advice. The goal is to get a 7saum in a tikka long action to use some of those long 180gr bullets.

I'm planning on a Tikka t3x lite new or used probably a 300 win mag or any long action magnum to get the right bolt and just sell off the barrel and stock. After that, just do a custom barrel chambered in a 7saum. This seems to be the most cost effective way to get what i want. Let me know what you guys think, or if there is a different route i should go. Thanks

Really like my 7 saum.
Those 180’s pack a good bit more whollup than my 260 did at distance and it seems easy to load for.
