Rifle Scopes Please identify this optics...

I'm getting a package deal, mainly interested in the rifle but this scope comes with it. I know the base and rings are Leupold from the pic. It looks like a falcon except the magnification from the pic gpes past 24x. I'll see the complete package tomorrow since it's local, everything for $835. Looks like a Rem 700P. Any info is appreciated

looks alot like a Barska?

maybe an older version?
(looks like the sticker on the parallax knob may have fallen off, exposing the screws?)

I thought if might have been a barska as well. Probably a 8-32x model. You should ask the seller.

I saw the way the turrets look, and it's very distinct. I thought it was a barska too, but when I looked on barska's website and the magnification ring in the photo, I saw that it went higher than any scope that Barska makes. I then just put it tactical rifle scope and looked for the main tube that looked that way. I knew with all the mall ninja's around that "tactical" would eventually bring up a picture of one.

I think it's a "ZOS 10-40x50 ESF Military" LOL. Here's a link to the scope. On the Barska's, the scope has the barska name by the turrets, which isn't in the photo. On this ZOS the knobs look the same, magnification greater than 24x, everything looks right to me. Thanks Tomcat, well at least I can put it on my Rem 597 or CZ527 in 7.62x39..... doesn't look like it's worth more than $50

You're welcome, I do believe that's the correct scope. I don't think it's worth more than $50 myself either. They supposedly sell on ebay for around $200. So beware of the seller trying to pull one over on you or thinking that it's worth that much. Anyway, if I coudl get him to knock $100 off the rifle, I'd just let the seller keep the scope, lol. Either way, I think it's a ZOS.
