POF .308 Gen III build help

n00b to this sight, question: I want to mount an A2 standard buttstock to a POF .308 lower receiver, do I have to get a .308 buttstock assembly for it to fit flush with the receiver or will an AR-15 style suffice. Thanks for your help.

you should be ok with just an A2 extension.

and you know the rifle length buffer and spring for your POF...if it didn't come with one:


dpms 308 spring

dpms 308 buffer

dpms A2 extension
