POI change from FL sizing to neck sizing?

First loading on new Lapua brass was with FL sizing. On the second loading, I bumped the shoulder back a bit to get them to chamber and neck sized with a bushing die. Should I expect a POI change?

I have a match tomorrow, and it's really inconvenient to to verify if the 2nd loading rounds are going to shoot to the same spot. I have some of each loading and am trying to decide if I can mix them during the match, and also if I need to go out in the stupid snow and get a new zero.

Thoughts?

Mine have never changed in the 7mm Dakota and 7mm STW that I load for. Dakota brass and remington brass.
