I fail to grasp, in what universe,,,,, is it a good idea to NOT follow the border line? Nobody can tell me 'it can't be done'.... because look at what mankind HAS done over the bazillions and bazillions of centuries. To cut through, exclude, and bypass American homes/properties is simply ludicrous and criminal. Whomever made that decision to do so, should have to pay out of pocket to have that section of fence/barrier/wall/segregation-system/boundary/keeper-outer moved.
