I want to see what everyone thinks about this. I am currently using a TT Diamond 2-stage in my Rim X.

Join contest SubscribeThis is exactly how I feel about my 2-stage. However, I have a Yo-Dave spring kit in my 457 and it is a single-stage at around 10oz, and I really like it.- Taking up the first stage was a mental “dropping in” moment for my shot process
I run a 2-stage TT diamond on my Rim X. I just had to remove the safety.Two-stage triggers for lefties are a bit more difficult to find, which sucks, but I like the follow-through.
Bix’nAndi has dedicated left and right hand unitsI run a 2-stage TT diamond on my Rim X. I just had to remove the safety.
Interesting take, I'm a 2 stage guy for kind of the same reason. I have the take up in the first stage, when I hit the second (wall). I know any additional pressure the rifle fires. It just gives me a little extra insurance (in my mind).Never liked two stage triggers. That first stage feels like slop. When I press the trigger I want it to go off. I don’t want take up. All my rifles both centerfire and rimfire have single stage triggers set at about 1.25 pounds. No worries about NDs.
+1 for the exact same reason...that slop feeling.Never liked two stage triggers. That first stage feels like slop. When I press the trigger I want it to go off. I don’t want take up. All my rifles both centerfire and rimfire have single stage triggers set at about 1.25 pounds. No worries about NDs.
BIX 2 stage all the way!I think ultimately preference. Try both. I tend to run single stage TT Diamonds. Lots of my friends love their Bix two stage. Not sure it matters...
You can make that trigger single stage or two stage with the same trigger? You can adjust a BIX TacSport Pro-X to be either if you get the 2 stage. I try to keep all my comp guns the same trigger and pull weight. If you dry fire practice a lot, you'll notice any changes pretty quickly
You can make that trigger single stage or two stage with the same trigger?![]()
Totally easy with a BNA. Reduce first stage pressure to lowest, reduce first stage travel to zero and set second stage at desired pullYou can make that trigger single stage or two stage with the same trigger?![]()
I recommend to call bullet central if your going to order. They will setup the Bix n Andy sear height for the action and have been shipping 1-2 buisness days latelyWell it looks like I’m ordering one lol. How is the sear height on a rim X?
I think the low sears are still out of stock?I recommend to call bullet central if your going to order. They will setup the Bix n Andy sear height for the action and have been shipping 1-2 buisness days lately
I believe you'll need a low sear
I run medium sears on all my Rim-X rifles. No issuesWell it looks like I’m ordering one lol. How is the sear height on a rim X?
