I'm looking for a spotting scope with a mil reticle on a poor man's budget. I have found several spotting scopes under $300 but I haven't found any with a mil reticle. Does anyone know of such thing?

Ya I'll 3rd that, the cheapest thing with a reticle that is still worth a damn is the Bushnell T-Series.
The sightmark spotter is worth a look as well.
Likely made in the same factory. It costs a bit more, but comes with a nylon cover and lens covers

A year or so ago there was nothing sub 1000$ in terms of FFP spotters now it seems like Bushnell , Sightmark ,Minox likely all made in Bosma Optics China are slowly appearing out of the woods altough some like Minox have been showing them off for well over a year but nothing is shipping. Minox is so far waporware -
