The first picture I have ever taken through a spotting scope. If I recall correctly, these Aoudad ewes were about 800 yards. Equipment:
  • Athlon Ares G2 UHD 15-45x65 - 45 Degree
  • Gosky universal digiscope adapter
  • Google Pixel 3
  • Sirui T-004SK with VA-5
The scope was slightly out of focus, but it was hard to tell in the moment given the sunlit screen making the image difficult to see. OR, maybe the issue was the zoom on the phone???

Vortex 15x50 Recon spotter. Taken holding my phone with no phone scope. Somewhere between 350 and 450 yards.

leupold mk 4 at 40x power 6:30pm (setting sun), mostly sunny with some clouds. old samsung phone.
the red flag on the building is much clearer and sharper without the phone.

Nox18 and Leica monovid 8x20 at a little over 100yds . Around 1pm heavy overcast and light rain. Temps in the low 50s. Very humid.
