POV or Sunglass camera? What is the best?

I have been using a Gopro with a helmet to capture POV shooting for USPSA and other shooting to review my myself for better training. But the Gopro is a pain in the ass and sometimes I dont want to wear a helmet or headstrap I dont want to wear a chest rig either lol. I have seen some people that either have glasses with camera in the middle or a tiny camera that clips on the sunglass itself.

Would love to hear any inputs from you guys.

Ran across this the other day. Tactacam I don't have any experience with it. Thought it was interesting and would be easy to use if I ever wanted to capture video.
