I have been reloading for a year or two now and have just used a powder trickler to measure out my loads..... well that is getting time consuming and now I have the money to get a powder dispenser. I am looking for something > $200 that i can use for both pistol and rifle reloading. What is the best one to get for less than $200 to meet my needs. everyone's .02 is welcome!

A ChargeMaster is what I used before getting a Prometheus for long range rifle ammo, for pistol powder because of the shape of the powder a decent powder throw is all that is required, weighing indivual pistol charges is kinda silly

I've never heard anything bad about the RCBS unit, but when I bought my unit Hornady's version was significantly less expensive so I went with them. I Haven't had a chance to use the RCBS so I can't compare, but the Hornady works well, and it's probably still cheaper.
