powder for 25-06 w/ 20" barrel?

I have been researching the common powders for 25-06 and almost made up my mind I was going to go with H4831sc. But then I got to tinking about how the 25-06 is normally shot out of a longer barrel(24-26") rather than my A-Bolt that has a 20" tube on it.

This load will be used mainly for hunting and I will be pushing 115g Nosler ballistic tips.

My main question is there a better powder out there to optimize the 25-06 in a 20" barrel? I was thinking that I may need a powder with a faster burn rate but I am new to the rifle reloading scene so I wanted to get some more opinions.

I use the H4831sc in my 22" 25-06 with great results.

I run a stainless stalker a-bolt with the 100gn NosBT's. 51gns of IMR 4350 is clocking around 3150. Substituting R17 gets about another 75-100 fps. My bbl is 22".

I developed a load for my FIL with 100 grainers and 50.3gns of IMR4350 was 2995-3005 fps.

Not quite what you were asking, but it might be a point of reference.
