I can't say which is close but Norma's page has a list of relative velocities and pressures of common powders with theirs mixed in for comparison. Looks like 204 is on par with H4350 if that helps.

From the charts I have seen, 203 is slightly faster burning, 204 slightly slower. 203B looks to be nearly identical to Re15

You can load 203-b in direct replacement of reloader 15. I've had good luck doing so. Ymmv
