when you flip the tabs up, spin them out of the threads a few turns then go back to your "0" mark, it will still click but its not moving your zero. Then tighten them back down to were there is some resistance when pushing the tab back down and you are good to go
yeah, you cant set the ZS like you can with say a NF where you can dial a set amount of clicks below zero. With the Premier you have i believe .5 or so mils below zero you can go and thats it.
