Precision upper build advice

I've been out of the gas gun world awhile and don't really know what brands are good anymore. Wanting to put together a side charging 22" upper in 6ARC with a bartlein barrel and adjustable gas block. Looking for the best of the best when it comes to parts.

I would get a Seekins or Larue with integrated handguard Mount. Then have craddock/woa/cle etc spin you up a barrel

SLR Sentry for the adjustable block. I run all standard forged uppers, so can't really speak to the best, but many tend to lean towards a heavier billet upper receiver when reaching for accuracy. My rifles all shoot better than I do, so I've never felt handicapped by the upper receiver.

I second the Seekins. I own many.
You could start with this and change the barrel since all those top notch parts are gonna be hard to find. Or just the receiver for $250 shipped.
