This one is subject to whatever the current Tangent Theta warranty service/replacement plan is. I am not an expert on exactly what they offer, so if it is a significant factor in your decision, please contact them directly for details on what they will do for you in the event that this scope were to require work in the future. As is, it's in perfect functional condition with excellent glass, and has zero issues. It has a couple cosmetic marks on it from contact.
