Hello, I have a premier heritage 5x25x56mm tactical I no longer need, under full disclosure this scope qualify's for a TT trade in with a value of 2,700.00 dollars, it has a small spec of dust or something inside, I sent it in and was offered a trade for 2,000.00 for a new TT, I want 2,400.00

How noticeable is the spec of dust? And you mentioned TT wouldn't clean it. Did they say how much it would be to replace the reticle? Or if it was even an option? Lastly, does it come with any rings or mount?

TT doesn’t do anything beyond servicing the turrets, aka tear down, clean, grease. Beyond that they offer you a credit towards their new scopes.

Anyway you could post a picture of the reticle to get an idea of what one would see with the small dust particle in there?

At 25x cant see it, at 5x it's about mid5 o clock, won't show in pic, comes with covers/ switch view

FWIW-US Optics used to tell customers to hit the scope against a phone book when that would happen and it would work
