Rifle Scopes Premier reticle replacement caps?

I was looking at the thread sticky regarding replacement sizes but I didnt see anything conclusive regarding replacement lens cover sizes for Premier.

Anyone know what if any size BC lens caps work?

Any other suggestions?

Ive lost both of my factory ones.

I have a 3-15 and the springs gave out on both my factory caps very quick. The Butler Creek Caps dont fit perfectly because of the way our Premier scopes are made. They have a lip at the front of the objective and on the eyepiece. With that being said, I currently have a BC #40 stretched over the objective and a #16 on the eyepiece. A #16 will not cover the lockring because it is larger. I did not size these at all. They were just spares that I had in my toybox.

Tenebraex makes the originals for PH, and they're far better in quality then BC's. the machining on the scope body restricts you on what caps you can use

Trigger Time gun club in Longmont (I think Paul is a member here, look for TriggerTimeGunClub I think) had some premier lens caps in the display case a while back.

I was thinking about just getting the killflash for the front and a rear flip up.

I gotta imagine the factory ones are not cheap.

I just got a replacement objective cap for my 5-25x56 Heritage - it had been on back order for quite a while. However, the darn thing doesn't fit! It's like the original cap, but this one has a threaded insert, but the threads rattle loosely inside the bell - not even close to fitting. I'm wondering if the ring on the end of the scope,... the one that came with it,... needs to be removed and this new one put on. Is that ring removable? I've tried to coax it off, but that thing is ON there,... I don't want to mar the scope any more than I have to, and I'm not even sure that ring is removable,... Any thoughts? Let me know.

I purchased a Heritage Light Tactical 3-15x50 off the post exchange here and am looking for flip up covers. Any guidance or help would be appreciated. I’m going to be using this scope for hunting purposes.
