I recall having a reticle changed to a Mil-Dot a few years ago and it cost under a 100 bucks and also read on several forums it being in the 100 dollar range. Called Leupold today and was quoted $159.99, wondering if I got someone that misunderstood what I wanted or of if they have raised their prices. Has anyone had an Mk4 reticle changed to a mil-dot in the last few months, if so what did they charge for it.

This doesn't answer your question but here is an additional data point. I have the Leupold Gold Ring spotter 12x40-60 and requested a quote to install a mildot reticle.
Quoted price from Leupy: three fiddy, that's right $350.00 U.S. dollars...

Here an email reply I got back in April, it's for a TMR reticle.
" The M1 turrets cost $129.99 and the TMR will cost $159.99. Return shipping is free. Service currently requires approximately two weeks, not including shipping time. When shipping product for warranty or service, please include a note of instruction, return address, phone number and e-mail address. Please record the model and serial number of your product and ship the optic only. Remove any mounts, rings, sunshades or lens covers. It is recommended that you purchase insurance and retain a tracking number to document the arrival of your product.
