Primary Arms GLx scope mount?

Is this a decent scope mount at this price point? It's a bit less expensive than the Vortex Viper 34 and the Burris PEPR. Budget is an issue so trying to keep it around $100ish. This will be for a Vortex Strike Eagle 3-18 FFP on a 308.

I'm fairly certain this is made by Warne, and was previously sold as the Nikon Black mount. I believe the Warne mounts have steel thread inserts whereas this does not.

My copy was 0.4 oz heavier than the equivalent Warne XSKEL (34mm, 20 moa).

I would just get the Warne.
