I believe I have the 1st box of Prime ammo shipped to NY. I needed to get some 6mm Creedmoor for a barrel that will be here in a couple days. I tried to order some from Prime but couldn't check out. So I looked at their shipping policies and it said they didnt ship to NY. So I sent them out a email asking why they wouldn't since most of NY can have ammo shipped to you. Well Jim emailed me back pretty fast, and this was Saturday, and wanted to call me. He called me a little while later and explained that he got in touch with his lawyer and they looked into it. And sure enough they could ship to me. We spoke for almost a hour about things. Jim is a great guy and I will be getting more ammo from him in the future.

Target sports USA has been shipping directly to your door for a while, but it nice to see other people are starting to how to work within the law
Good to know as I'm planning on ordering some ammo after the holiday rush is over
