The pressure necessary is very small, and its highly dependent on the shooter to execute correctly.
There are two videos available I made to show this, probably more than two to be honest.
While this one uses the Atlas, don't be fooled, the Atlas legs spin every bit as easy as a Harris if not more so.

But I also have a video on the home page that shows me shooting a Harris on Concrete.
Following the proper fundamentals and technique you can reduce any movement, even on concrete... small things matter and any mistakes will cause the bipod off target.
Done correctly you can see your impact shooting off concrete at 100 yards appear in the paper. But understand, the rifle will move, but how it moves is up to you, the shooter.
