My Cousin bought a TRG 42 witha Swarvorski Scope and has a Windage problem. He is hard up on the right Windage and needs go some more. Any Ideas any Help will be apprciated.

Try a different scope, then try a different base if the result is the same.
I owned one High Quality base that wa OUT more than .005 on one side. In other words the base slots were cut off-center or slanted.
You could also true the slots on the existing base yourself with a file.
Might want to check the ring alignment and also verify the scope tube isn't bent. You can rely on Sako not to have drilled the base mounting holes off center. If using Opti-lok ring set, be sure the rings are aligned, can be tough to get them aligned the way they fasten to the base.

Just a little update. We still didn't get it fixed. I think it is one of the problems posted above. My Cousin was telling me how all the bolts were tight and had been loctited in by the guy that put the Rifle together for him, so I decided to put a wrench to them anyway. They weren't even close to being tight. The outcome was the same, you could get to within a half of a min of moa to zero and the right Windage was still hard up. I had told him to try a different scope and start from there. We will see.

Problem could be base alignment or of course poorly aligned rings, especially if they are an unknown brand.
Have you tried swapping the rings fore and aft ?
I would have thought this would be a more likely problem area than a Swaro scope.
