Rifle Scopes Problems with new Premier Light Tactical scope!

I figured I would post this over here just to see if anyone here has had any similar issues with theirs.
I got it brand new from (an internet source) and when I got it I noticed drops of some liquid on the inner lens behind the objective. Also the illumination wouldn't work properly, as I turned it on from 0 moving up it wouldn't click on on it's ON detents. I would have to go past the detent and then bring it back to get it to light on that setting.
Needless to say I spoke to Paul Lange (GREAT GUY!) and he instructed me to send it in to him and Trevor (also great guy) @ Armament Tech would dispatch me another new one from them.
Has anyone here had any similar issues??

it's a little hard to see but there are about 10 fairly good sized droplets in there

well I got my new replacement scope today and it's absolutely perfect. All I have to say is Premier's service is top notch.
Within 3 days I had my new scope in my hand!!
These guys are GREAT!
