So as a new Reloader this is the process I've tried in my first batch .
    Missing anything? Redundancies? Suggestions?

Assumptions: .223 brass fired once in my AR; This particular approach not intended for precision/benchrest expectations (2-3 MOA acceptable).
    1. Decap (using Lee Universal Decapping Die)
    2. Wet tumble (Frankford Arsenal with a drop of Dawn and sprinkle of Lemishine)
    3. Full Length Sizing (RCBS die set)
    4. Manually Check Case Length (Calipers)
    5. Flash hole deburring (Lyman hand tool)
    6. Primer Pocket uniforming (Lyman hand tool)
    7. Chamfer and Deburr cartridge opening (RCBS Deburring Tool)
    8. Install Primers
    9. Throw powder
    10. Seat Bullet
    11. Validate Overall Length (Calipers)
    12. Go Bang
Omitted: Case Trimming, Neck Annealing, Neck Tensioning, etc

Any thoughts? Am I missing anything in this sequence? Anything I could do better/more efficient?

I anneal after the initial cleaning.

Measure a few before sizing as well, to make sure you're sizing an appropriate amount. If you dont measure before, the post sizing measurement is hard to quantify.

You'll find that you dont need to chamfer and debur much unless you dinged the mouth or have to trim. Same with primer pockets, and flash holes, for me, it's been one and done.
