ProChrono Digital Chronograph and Accessories

Ok, so I'm really grateful that my wife purchased a ProChrono Digital Chronograph for me, including the Computer Interface and Digital Remote accessories for it. The unfortunate thing is that the Interface accessory was shipped without the cd program. I find myself having to return it to MidwayUSA, and its quite incovenient in having to do so. But now I'm wondering if I really need the Interface since I already have the Digital Remote for the ProChrono.

Should I wait for the replacement or should I request a refund? Any input would be great.

Can you call the company and request a new disk and skip sending it back to midway for some silly software?

do this first. Usually most companies will be more than happy to remedy the situation. Word of mouth in the gun business is everything....and they know it.

Very true. However, since I've never used a Chrono before, I don't know if I really need the Interface. Maybe the Digital Remote will be enough? I'm still researching this.....

Mostly comes down to personal preference.

Edit: Hell, mostly I still use my regular old plain jane shooting chrony. We lost my friends last year. He had the bright idea to try to measure at the target. Well.....he missed the target (off hand)...but if you are wondering....a 75 grain hornady will go right through and thouroghly destroy a chrony at 300 yards out of a 223. This is good info to know.....lol.

Yes you can get it here. scroll town to the bottom and download. You do not need the cd.
