Project in the works for the upcoming Sniper Comp

Working on a rifle I am building for a buddy in 7th Grp. for the upcoming sniper comp @ Bragg. Shoots pretty good so far. Will post some info later. Anyone know where to get some 118LR local to Raleigh for testing? None at gun show at all.
