I have a never fired blemished tikka action, the barrel is fairly scuffed up but was originally going to rebarrel anyway (300 win mag currently). It is missing the trigger. Stock is available with the barreled action for $25 extra (due to increased shipping costs). $500 shipped to your ffl within the conus for barreled action. PayPal ff or usps money order.
