projectile pushed into case.....

I was cleaning the truck out this afternoon and found this

No biggie I thought...till I seen the bottom.

Has this happen to anyone. I have only been reloading for about a year. There was only one like this. The bullet pushed into the case and dumped the powder. Looks like it didn't have enough neck tension to me. But I asking becuase I don't know.

You need to anneal your brass.

Recheck your seating die setup as well, also looks like mama is trying to tell you something lol.
