PSA is advertising a 308 lower for $189. They are advertising a 6.5cm lower for $250. Can that 308 lower take a 6.5cm upper?

Your guess is as good as mine. I’d imagine the lowers are identical - just the caliber stamp is different.
Maybe someone else should chime in before you buy

Read the descriptions as they add different things in their ads like triggers and stock differences. Post a link to both that you are talking about so we can see the exact ones.

They are probably marked for 308 or 6.5 on the lower, but are otherwise the same thing.
