PSS stock same as 5R??

Anyone know if the PSS stock is the same stock as the new remington 5R milspec (green/black web)? Im sure they are both made by HS precision but there are certain features I like about the PSS (palm swell, length of forend)

I know the one I took off my 5R had the palm swell. Not sure if length of foreend is the same though.

Im assuming you are asking about the current 700P? No, I dont think they are the same. The forearm on the 700P seems to be thicker and longer. I could be wrong.

I have both in long and short action- they are the same.

The 5r is a green web over black and has a dovetail fore end.
The PSS is textured black with a more oval shaped fore end.

Other than that, identical

5R is 2" shorter on the fore-end than the PSS.

on the 308 R5 theres two stocks,one is a thinner stock with no palm swell kinda like a LTR stock,the other one has a palm swell both are black with the green spider web

I have both and they are different. The 5R has a thinner forearm.
