Gunsmithing PT&G bottom metal problem

Anyone know how to email PT&G? I've sent several emails with pictures of defective bottom metal but no reply. Here's my problem: two oberndorf bottom metals, one is much thicker than the other and doesn't fit. Trying to return it but getting no reply.

Agreed. I have called them a few times and they are easy to work with. They swapped a long action bottom metal that I won off of a prize table for a short action unit at no charge for me. Good people.
