Gunsmithing PTG uni throater

Anyone have any experience using these? The freebore on the one aftermarket barrel for my Sako trg has a very short freebore, it actually seats the bullet deeper on factory ammo. I bought the rifle with this barrel and am trying to decide if it's worth messing with or shoot it the way it is.

I bought a 338 uni-throater from Dave a few years back to use on a 338 Lapua I had. Get the correct bushing for your barrel and you should be good to go. I didn’t have any issues with using mine.

They work well. I would recommend you go slowly. I did say slow, they are sharp and cut easy.
I have throated 308 and 6mm.
