Member Link Up public 1000 yard range within driving range of STL

Myself and my lady friend are talking about taking a short trip to do some sight seeing, and I'd like to do some 1000 yard shooting since I cant do that here.

Do any of you guys know of a place in the midwest, say kansas to eastern kentucky and points south that offer a place to shoot without needing a membership?

I'm going to cap driving distance at 8 hours from STL.

Big Piney Sportsmans club in Houston, MO has 800 yds to play with.

Yeah, I made it to a match there last year, and plan on going to the Tactical Match this month. It's a nice place for sure. We were just looking for a place to take a 3-4 day trip to.
