You can use an inertia puller to get them back out a bit then seat to the proper depth. If you pull the bullet all the way out you can size and seat as you see fit. The inertia puller won't touch the bullet so no dings, dents or damage. A good collet puller shouldn't damage them either but its possible. A friend used to put a lump of tissue in the bottom of his inertia puller to keep the tip of the bullet from being damaged. It worked well.
