finaly got the money together and order a variant of numer 3 rifle from http://www.remington700rifle.com/ front page. mine will not have brake but threaded for hvt, and barrel will be 28 inches total in blued steel and in my own ultimate sniper stock. 30-06 br long range gun on the way only 6 more months to wait.
so tell me what you think
will post pics when have in hands

thanks and i will post results, hey bolt know you from other site and you will never see thoes pics!!! but honestly what do you think. have never had any flexing issue with my stock and hope not to.

ah yes the "other" site....btw....i made several skydives in chandler AZ .....back in about 1976....right after some kid bounced in the desert.....

yeah i can see the barrels are thick, but that would have led me to build a bigger brake rather than have it look like those. its just not what a person is used to seeing

well its december 16th and finally got new rifle from accuracy system inc out of colorado and it look realy good. i'm very happy with my decision to use them. now for first rounds down barrel on saturday, so excited i can wait.
