Can you wet tumble in S/S pins? Don’t care if tracer works after reloading.....

ONLY CONCERN IS SAFETY.
Where I shoot is not a concern.

Yes, you can. The water will wet the tracer compound rendering it inert until it dries out. You'll likely end up with a bunch of tracer compound in the mix which probably contains some nitrate salts and phosphor. Post pin tumbling, I'd rinse/wash off any residue from the tumbler before storing them for any length of time.
