Night Vision Pulsar Accolade 2 Batteries

I stuck with the stock size battery when getting a spare for my Accolade 2. Didn't want a big hump off one side and the regular capacity ones last so dang long anyway.
PS- I was a bit surprised that the Accolade 2 does not have a “ black Hot” screen setting like other thermals.
...except it most certainly does. Black hot works great. All the different modes can be completely adjusted for brightness and contrast as well.
The 8 color palettes enhance viewing in varying conditions. While the classic “White Hot” mode is exceptionally versatile, “Hot Black” is often favored for detecting wildlife at night. Red monochrome helps to reduce or prevent bright backlight from exiting the eyepiece. Sepia often improves long-range observation while “Red Hot”, “Rainbow” and “Ultramarine” enhance temperature differences of various object attributes. Violet helps to identify objects faster.

My mistake. I meant to type my Accolade 2 does not have white hot. Brand new with 7 color palettes.
Well the default is white hot, in addition to the ones in the list. It swaps between white hot and whichever you choose there in the menu when you hold the LRF button for 2sec. Give it a try I guess. Works awesome on mine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Ok, Thanks for the advice. I switch between a Reap, Super Hogster and now the Accolade 2 so I sometimes get confused. I know....first world problem!
