Night Vision Pulsar HD19s vs. L-3 Thermal Eye x200xp Thermals

I've got a an opportunity to get either one of these at an awesome price and I'm curious if anyone could give me a comparison of the two. Not considering cost, which is better and why. It seems like the Pulsar has the better warranty and maybe more features but I know L-3 is very established in making thermal units. Thanks in advance!

The HD19s vs xp200 is a no brainer the 384 core is going to make the 160 core look bad.

The HD19s vs new X320 maybe alittle harder choice the X320 has a more mil-spec type housing but the performance of the HD19S is noticeable better to your eye.
