How am I supposed to publicly "dis-like" 1J's posts without a dis-like button? WTF
1J has not been acting normal since his jumping turd dropper failed. I think he has become constipated! 
I do miss the handy edit thing as I am prone to making typos and like to correct them.

I see that we have an "ignore" list/function, but I've yet to find a method of installing that "one and only" name on said "ignore list.

Maybe it wasn't designed with this but the new format (at least on my tablet) doesn't appear to identify "stickies" as such. What were stickies in the old format appear to be "blended in" with regular posts.
FWIW, I'm running on Firefox here, and my posts do not show anything in the bottom left corner other than "report". Not a complaint, just a fact.
I do believe that the HMFIC of the whole shitshow is at SHOT and I hope he is having a great time.
I will cut him a whole lot of slack as he did at least get this up and running before he left so we can look it over and for a change this big I think he did an outstanding job and I thank him for that.
I also think that this thread is a good idea for him to be able to look at and see in short order what is good and what is bad without a whole lot of bitching going on, yet here I am fucking that idea up.

Serious issue here. I can't do multiple copy/paste within one thread. Let's say I copy/paste "abc," and then go to copy "def," and paste. The board is repasting "abc," instead of "def," no matter what I do.

There are many nice features in the new engine, over the old one though. It will all get fixed when the HMFIC-OTS gets back. That is of course unless he gets stepped on while leaving shot.

One way is to hover your pointer thingy over the avatar and click "start conversation."
Click on "start conversation" at the bottom.
I can edit my posts. I'm on an android though, don't know if that matters. I don't like that if I'm in a thread within a subforum, I cannot go out all the way to main forum that contains all subforums. Like in this thread, on the top left, I have the option of going out to the best pit. Once I go out to bear pit, then I can go back out to whatever is next from there and so on. One other thing, I noticed a particular emblem or icon (or whatever they are called) no matter moves. I don't remember the members username, but it had 3 or 4 girls topless in a hot tub or swimming pool. In this updated site, you cannot tell they are jumping up and down hahaha...

Here's another way:
Click on Inbox in the upper right corner.
Click on "Start a new conversation" down at the bottom of the little window that opens up.
You should get a window like this. Start typing the name of the recipient/recipients in the window under "Recipients."
Click your recipient, type your message in the window, and, again, click on "start conversation" at the bottom.

Guys back home from SHOT, I played with the permissions a bit last night on the plane. I think I have the image upload problem fixed for some. I definitely adjusted the specs to be reasonable. 1024x
I will begin working on this asap. I also told everyone sending me stuff to test or review for you guys not to send anything until March 1 so can work on the site the entire month of March.
I have to sort out the private forums, the online training and will be making some bold changes. I have a light and dark skin comping, not big changes compared to this, just enough to give you the options.

Looking forward to the training beig back on line. I've not had a membership to it for awhile and am looking forward to having access again. The podcast has helped tide me over thought (great job on that, bu the way).
Same issue for me on IPad - yesterday I could edit my posts to “SOLD” now all I can do is add to the post with a response...it is as if the original post (mine) has been originated by another user. No complaints here, though! Great new software/speed - all of this will get worked out in time. A big thanks to all who work on this

FYI, I don't know if this has been talked about yet. I see an option to report, edit, delete, ip, warn on everyone's post in all sections. I clicked edit on one and it looked like I can edit other people's posts. Just letting you know, maybe something went wrong with the permissions settings?

The bitch is, with GOD permissions, everything works for me, so the only fix is to log into account after adjusting that don't have GOD access. See what I can see, log out to correct and start again.

Ok this is weird, it just went away! I had all those now they are gone. You must have logged into mine and changed it? Anyway, let me know if I can do anything to help.
