Night Vision PVS-14’s to NVG’s

I have a closely matched pair of Gen 3 PVS-14’s that I’ve been running on a mod armory bridge. My question is, what is the (not cheapest) most cost effective way to get them into a google setup? What do I need to stay away from? I’ve seen the bvnd 14-31 housings that look decent but it’s China craft.
I definitely want to keep the side articulation that I’m used to.
Is it aggravating not having gain control?
How hard is it to swap tubes into goggle housings?
Can it be done at home without the purge system?

The only thing I know for sure is you'll have to purge both tubes.

purging is horse shit honestly. swapped tons of tubes and been in every environment there is with them and never ever an issue. that said let me know if you want to part with the 14 j arm mounts for the bridge. i am looking for some.

Purging is not a one and done procedure. It needs to be done, depending on use, routinely. Most dealers with charge little or do it for free. So it should not be a large factor in the decision making process.

Yeah I saw that. Thought maybe I could save a few dollars doing it myself is all.

How are the googles with no manual gain? I haven’t ever looked thru a set.
