Pvs 14 3nl1? WTB PVS 14

Can someone give me a crash course in what a pvs 14 3nl1 is? I can’t find any info as to what the acronym 3nl1 means? This is about 1500 and looks like a good deal to me but I’m no expert. DO IT AGAIN AND YOU ARE BANNED.

I would guess 3nl1 would be a gen 3 tube level one. Also you may want to remove the WTB from this since it is only for supporting members in the marketplace.
