Hello, I had a guy offer me a PVS 22 on a trade and was wondering what you guys thought it’d be worth. This seems to be the place I’ve seen the most posts about them, so I figured I may get the best responses here.

It looks like it has seen better days, but here’s the pictures he sent me. Any durability concerns, things to look for, approximate value etc??

Thank you!

Tube should be blemish free as those units were made basically with the best pinnacle tubes available at their time. 9 grand give or take new price. $3500-4000 seem fair value for the wear and age. Maybe a bit low IMO. Don’t like the rust on that Larue mount screw but they’re solid.
I’d test it out first if possible to check for any zero shift and basic function, focus.
