Q on muzzle brakes

I just picked up a new rifle and the muzzle is threaded and my only expirence with breaks is on Ar's. I thought about getting the break used by Armalite on their AR-10 but I was also wondering about a VAIS. The rifle will be mostly used for LR paper punching and hunting. The rifle is the new 10PC with the 5R barrel. Or should I bother?

I like my VIAS, it really isn't as loud as I thought it would be. It doesn't kick up a bunch of dust like I had heard. I am using it on a 7wsm.



Oh and it is a muzzle brake...not break
