Ok,
I've got two belted magnums: a 300WM and 375 H&H.
With the 300WM I've always full length resized.
With the 375 H&H I've always just checked length and reloaded. Trimmed when required...
So, on to the question:
I've got the Larry Willis Collet die, and it's dawned on me that the proper use is probably to:
1) Use the collet on the area above the belt.
2) Trim the brass
3) Clean the inner / outer edges
4) Resize the neck
5) Prime and reload
Does this make any sense?
The reason I ask is that, as many of you pointed, the 375 suffers from serious brass flow. Whereas my 300WM doesn't due to the pronounced shoulder angles...
I tend to think that the above is probably a better way of doing it with my 375...
Opinions?
Thanks all...
