Rifle Scopes Question about a Nikon Monarch 4-16X42 Mildot

This weekend I traded for a used Nikon Monarch 4-16X42 Mildot side focus. I traded a M223 2-8X32 that I bought a couple of years ago for my AR. The Monarch came with the wide traget turrets and they are labeled 1/8 MOA. I know that Nikon now produces a Monarch 3 4-16X50 Mildot that does have the 1/8 MOA adjustments but I can't find any reference to a 4-16X42 with 1/8 MOA adjustments. I plan on using this scope on a KIDD 10/22 build that I recently completed and will be using it for 50yd target shooting so I am still pretty happy about the trade. Just wondering if the scopes adjustments are 1/8 or 1/4 MOA. Anybody out there have an answer?

I don't have one in front of me. But I remember it is 1/4 moa.

The new MONARCH 3, 4-16x42 is 1/4 MOA

I have a 4-16x42 I bought about 3 years ago that has 1/4 moa clicks

Called Nikon and the tech told me that according to their database that model was never produced with 1/8 MOA adjustments so evidently the turrets were off of another model. Since I am going to use this scope on a 50 yd setup the 1/8 knobs will be fine (1/4 MOA at 50 yds would equal 1/8 MOA) so all is good. Still happy with the trade.

I shot some video sunday using the same scope except BDC reticle. Spot On software worked well. Cold bore shot hit the first target at 375.
